If you are looking for this floorplan, please stop and consider this one before all other options! This trailer was purchased for my in-laws brand new and placed in the back yard immediately for a temporary home base to escape hurricane season in Florida. They only stayed in this unit for two months out of the year, and it has never even been on a camping trip yet so everything is still in new condition. The trailer is offered for sale because the in-laws cannot climb the stairs to get in it and have since moved to a single level house.
The rear kitchen in this unit is amazingly spacious with the booth dinette, with under the bench storage, right across from it for easy dining and clean up. The kitchen sink has been upgraded from the plastic bowl to stainless steel, and enough counter space for the insta-pot, mixer, cookie jar, and room to spare. The three burner stove has a glass top which also adds prep work space when not using. tons of cabinet space for dishes and dry goods.
The living room has plenty of windows all around allowing natural light in, theater seating and separate opposing couch. the entertainment wall includes a large smart tv and multi-colored flame fireplace.
The large all in one bathroom has a linen closet, large walk in shower with glass doors toilet and sink. very spacious area to get ready to go or ready to settle in.
The bedroom is really big with the queen size bed in a slide out making ample room between the bed and the entertainment wall including another smart TV and multi-colored flame fireplace. Closet space is large and deep with mirrored closet doors and HUGE external storage underneath the closet, accessed from the driver side outside. Next to the closet is a tall closet already plumbed and wired from the factory for a stackable washer and dryer system. There are plenty of windows in the bedroom allowing cross breeze and natural lighting. The bedroom is the only space in this unit that is carpeted.
The exterior has a giant electric awning, a built in storage rack on the back bumper, outside refrigerator, metal fender skirts that won't crack, solid entry steps and vent covers over all the vents, two air conditioners, rear and side cameras, and the largest BTU furnace available.
