This 2970RL has been a wonderful addition to our traveling experience! The opposing slides gives an open concept to living in a trailer and the couch and recliners give you a feeling of home. The trailer has been cleaned and mopped during and after each trip so it is as clean as a new one! It has also been in covered storage when not in use. If you're looking here, you have likely viewed the other 2970's listed so you know what they include. This one has 2 AC and solar panel on top. The queen mattress was upgraded to a residential memory foam mattress.We are including our DISH satellite & receiver, tripod stand, cables, all weight distribution and sway control system, water filter, hoses and connections and sewer hoses/connections. Ultimately, it's move-in ready. It has been serviced at the dealer each year, bearings packed, and new Goodyear Endeavor tires at 8,500 miles. All owner documents and manuals are included.
