This is the best of the best in entry level travel trailer campers. Can be parked anywhere and towed with almost any SUV or 1/2-ton truck (not many RVs can be pulled with smaller trucks).

We bought this like a new trailer in 2021 from a couple that bought it brand new. That original couple had added upgrades (see below), including an upgraded queen mattress for the main bed. The couple took 2 local trips and decided they hated camping, so it was brand new when we purchased it from them in 2021. The original couple paid well in excess of $30,000 for this RV and then added the upgrades.

Then, life happened to us after taking it on one trip to Maine and one trip to Lake Erie and it has been in under roof storage since. It still smells brand new inside and everything has been very gently used and properly stored and maintained. For current circumstances in our lives, this model is not tall enough, we need to buy a taller RV to accommodate my husband's father who is now living with us and is a very tall man.

We loved the trip to Maine in this RV - the power slide out made all the difference making the main room very comfortable. The awning is also a power awning and extends nearly the full-length to extend outdoor comfort. There is an outdoor shower to make it easy to keep the dirt and sand outside. I personally liked the entry steps and sturdy handle - much better and more stable than other RV steps and easy to adjust step levels for sloping areas and then fold up inside the RV for travel.
There is added storage under the queen bed for items that you will need to bring, but don't need ready access all the time.

All of the equipment is in excellent shape, and it is ready for adventure. If dad was an average size man, we would not be selling this RV, but we want to take him on our adventures as we have entered our retirement years.

This unit is immaculate and clean with everything you need to camp right away.
The light series is great for easy trips due to its comfortable size and conveniences. This trailer will fit in any trailer park, camping site or State Park.
And did I mention luxury? FIREPLACE, Full bathroom with shower and small tub, stove with 3 burners for cooking, 7 CU fridge freezer, large & deep farmhouse sink, larger microwave, HD TV & Blu-ray & nice stereo for inside and out. Tons of storage inside/outside.
Outside you can enjoy the stars, or huge awning & hook up your TV to the outside connections & watch that game. Also great to tailgating.
Check out the cozy 3-person sofa, huge queen size bed with newer memory foam gel cool mattress & cozy fireplace with multiple settings for that cozy romantic feel on a cold night.
