We are the second owners, bought late in 2020 from a family that used it on a trip to move to Florida. We have only used it a handful of times due to having to work so much. We have switched to overland camping is the reason for selling (dont need reservations to camp). Everything works on this unit. Nice through storage, built in gas griddle, comfortable home style mattress (not foam), new TV and mount included (never got around to installing), wireless backup camera, magnetic bumper ends for sewer house, tongue mount generator rack, ac soft start installed so you can run ac off of smaller generator and bike carrier receiver mount (bike rack not included). Bearings were repacked 2 years ago and hasnt been used much since then but I would install new bearings before using on a longer trip and replace deep cycle battery. Underside of awning has some mildew from being rolled up. No leaks or water damage of any kind. You can seen a slight discoloration in the flooring in some of the white areas I believe to be spots where its glued down from the factory. You can zoom in and see. Outside stickers would need removed and replaced. I have a new sticker kit but no time to install. Other than the minor cosmetic issues listed the trailer needs nothing mechanically.
