This is a great used camper at a great price! Just recently resealed the roof and installed a tankless water heater. Has electric jack, electric front and rear stabilizers, and electric awning for quick and effortless set ups. Has a king size bed and a sofa bed for plenty of room for a family to sleep. Will come with the hitch, stabilizers, and sway bar as well as everything to connect to utilities. It is a 50amp service but has all the step down adapters to allow hook up to any power source all the way down to your standard household outlet of 120v. There is a few minor issues which there will be pictures of like, the recliners and couch have cracks and tears in the fabric and there was a soft spot in the floor but I came in through the bottom and repaired it. Everything functions and works as it should.
