Ready to go—fully stocked with newer coffee pot, toaster, pots and pans, utensils, vacuum, small electric fans, stainless lidded trash cans, remote controlled interior step lights, exterior patio and door mats, portable grill, water hoses and filter, dump hoses, various connection fittings and adapters, etc. If we've stowed it, inside or out, you need it.
