TITLE IN HAND! This fifth wheel has a mid bunk room that can sleep 3 and a loft that can sleep two. A queen sized master bed room with a walk-in closet, washer/dryer hook ups and mounted tvs in each room. In the living area you will find a stainless residential fridge with ice and water in the door, leather loveseat with one working electric recliner, leather couch with fold out bed and matching ottoman with storage, an island with a sink and a pop up tv with surround sound. Outside you will find a mini fridge a 2 burner stove for outside cooking. Plenty of storage space underneath and a push button auto leveling system. This fifth wheel has been our permanent residence for 2 years. We have replaced the toilet, had regular maintenance on the central heat and air units, replaced the large roll out canopy this summer as well as the outside lights.

One shade on the back window in the living area has damage, some small trim pieces need to be secured. All in all very well kept and taken care of.
