Selling our 2021 Grand Design Solitude. It has been very good to us, but the time has come to part ways. Our Solitude has a spacious interior and beautiful exterior with a great amount of storage in the basement. We are including everything you need to start or continue your camping or full time journey.

Kitchen

Upon entering you’ll walk into the sparkling kitchen. To the right below the 2 steps is the perfect place to store your shoes. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances (microwave, 4 burner gas stove, and a spacious residential refrigerator). The white seamless countertops add a touch of elegance. There is even a coffee bar space featuring a hidden fabric lined storage cubby when you lift the top. To the left of the stove is the door to your pantry with both shelf storage and drawer storage for all your ingredients. Needless to say there is ample counter space and storage for any chef on the road. The sink is in the island facing a huge window so you can enjoy the beautiful scenery around you while you prep your meals and clean up after. Speaking of cleaning there is also a built in central vacuum and automatic dust pan making cleaning a breeze. Currently the kitchen has a live edge redwood adjustable height table for eating and or working. But the original dinette with extension and chairs will be present prior to pick up.

Bedroom

Up the stairs past the dinette you’ll enter the bedroom with a king sized bed. There are 2 mirrored wardrobes on either side of the dresser for your clothing storage. The top of the dresser also lifts to show a hidden fabric lined extra storage area. On top of all this storage for your clothing, the bed also lifts and has more storage options for your needs. There is a TV in the room as well as shelves on either side of the bed.

Living

Up the 2 stairs next to the coffee bar is the living room. The living area includes a beautiful electric fireplace. There is also a smart tv that electronically rises and lowers for storage with the push of a button. When the TV is lowered you can enjoy the view out of the front cap window with or without a fire going. The two chairs feature reclining, heat, and massage options. These seats also have removable side tables. There are also 2 sofas that pull out to beds to accommodate an additional 4 people sleeping. Making the sleep capacity 6! These easily pull out and fold in for convenience and maximize use of space. Currently we have 1 sofa removed and placed a crib in its place, but upon purchase we can place the original sofa if desired or leave it open if you wish to add something else to this slide out to fit your living needs. There is more storage in this room on either side of the TV/fireplace and above. There is also a cabinet next to the recliners.

Bathrooms

The full bath is through the door past the bedroom. This bathroom is the most spacious bathroom any RV’er could desire. The L-shaped double sink vanity features the same seamless crisp countertops as the kitchen. There is cabinet storage both above the counter and below. A beautiful large mirror is present behind the sinks. The toilet has been upgraded to a Dometic 320 Standard Height Toilet and looks just like a toilet at home. The large shower is tall enough to accommodate even the tallest people. It also has built in shelving for your toiletries. Next to the shower is a door that opens to the laundry area. Inside is a stackable Splendide washer and dryer (included).

The half bath is through a door off the kitchen and includes a thetford toilet and a sink. There is storage in the cabinet below the sink and in the medicine cabinet above.

Basement

The basement was one of the many reasons we chose to purchase this Solitude 380flr because there is so much storage space! The back bin features a huge pull out shelf that ensures all your items are easily accessible. There are also 2 pass through storage spaces, 2 side bins and a front bin that has space to hook up your generator in this generator prepped unit. There is also a locked bin for your water bay and auto leveling controls. The RV has space for 2 propane tanks.

Exterior

The beauty of this 5th wheel is evident from first glance as it features Cabernet color full body paint. The roof has been routinely inspected and maintained by a certified tech. Last completed November 2024.
