I am pricing this Torque Toyhauler at a fair price and I assume a smart buyer who is looking for this floor plan will see this is a great value for how it is optioned out and with all of the aftermarket additions that are included. I am holding a clear Arizona title with tags paid thru the end of 2025 and offering this unit at 50% of new including over $25,000 in aftermarket upgrades listed below, read carefully to understand the additional items being included with this unit and how it has been maintained. This Torque 322, I believe 2018 is the first year the floor plan became offered, it has been so popular it is still being offered in 2025. I purchased this from the original private party owner at less than a year old in November of 2019. This is a Pre-Covid 2018 HEARTLAND TORQUE T322 that had an MSRP at approximately $60k, it was fully optioned unit for what was available then. Last time I checked this model is now closer to $80-85k or higher for a fully optioned T322 floor plan. I added over $25k of aftermarket upgrades. I fly Radio Control Jets and traveled to events around the country with either my golf cart or my Can Am Spyder in the garage. Here is a short list to keep it simple: 14 ply tires, current set has under 500 miles, also two 14 ply spares. Professionally installed 500 watt solar package with 400 amps of batteries, 3000 watt Go-Power Inverter. Bluetooth monitoring and activation. Upgraded with Vizio (2 of 3) TV's. Upgraded aluminum retractable steps for both entry doors. Aluminum storage boxes on nose area for towing equipment. Converted one half of recliner section to fold down dinette and chairs so I could work remotely. BTW, the fold down table allows for entry into the bathroom without requiring the slide to be moved out while traveling. Original recliner is in storage and offered with unit. Swapped out garage bench seats for work tables, original bench seats and original dining table are like new and go with unit. Under unit 2nd spare tire holder and portable black tank storage for extended boondocking. If you are towing with a 2017 or later Ford Super Duty it has Ford back up camera and TPMS system that will show up on your factory dash system. Level Mate Pro installed with Bluetooth connection. In addition to the 19 ft factory LED lighted awning, I added driver side pull out window awnings and a slide topper awning. The rear garage has a full width slide down screen to enclose the area from bugs when the cargo door is open. The large bathroom has a lot of upgrades, swapped out to a porcelain toilet, higher quality shower head, facet and larger vanity. Custom fabricated teak shower floor. Stainless steel towel rack and hand rail for safety. 10 inch upgraded king size mattress, custom fabricated boosters along bedside that also allow for story shoes. A hand combination gun safe in the bedroom closet. Added 12v and 110 volt outlets below bed for whatever, IE heating blanket/CPAP. Also added USB connections in strategic locations for convenience. There is a counter top ice maker and stainless spice rake that goes with the unit. This unit has always been stored under cover and detailed a few times per year. Because the unit is stored out of the sun, the outside color and shine is great, always 303 coated the roof and polished the outside. I challenge anyone to find a better equipped newer unit in better condition. Two years ago I purchased a Tiffin Phaeton motor coach to flat tow my Bronco, I thought I might still want to use the Toyhauler but is hasn't moved in over a year. It doesn't make sense to continue to pay for storage and continual detailing. If you are in the market for the largest travel trailer toyhauler on the market with over the top additional upgrades, here's you chance. It is now up for grabs and you can enjoy all the nice things I have done for half the price of a post Covid built unit that has been baking in the sun for a few years. Note to dealers: please don't bother reaching out with a low ball offer right now. Hopefully this unit will not be on the market long, low ball offers may get hit a few months from now if it's still available.
