Bought new in 2016; included in purchase: Awning Package (awnings on three sides). Loads of upgrades. This has been an ideal trailer for the two of us as retirees, although we are now wanting to downsize, for example, to a Basecamp 20X.

The trailer has been substantially improved with many new upgrades: AGM batteries, electrical panel/battery charger, 40" TV, rearview camera, woolen rugs, larger microwave, sliding cabinet drawers, kitchen sink faucet, teak shower grate, soft-start for A/C, larger electric jack, 16 inch rims w/Michelin tires, etc. The "notoriously uncomfortable" rear benches and table have been replaced with a solid oak table and two swivel, tilting, upholstered office chairs --- much more comfortable and useful.
