RV is currently setup at a campground near the Charlotte Motor Speedway and I'd be happy to schedule a showing. Unit is currently fully hooked up.

RV is in great shape! Shows typical wear on carpet areas but everything is in good working condition. AC units blow cold air and keep the inside as low as 60ish in middle of summer. I have lived in this since about March of 2024, I purchased it used from Blue Compass in Concord, NC in Nov of 2023.
