2015 30-foot motorhome has 127,000 miles. It’s built on a Ford E450 chassis with a V10 engine. This motorhome is designed to be worry free… there are no slide outs, and the awning is manual, limiting the worry of wear and tear on mechanisms. It sleeps 7 with a full queen size bed in the bedroom, a sofa and bench table that both turn into beds, and a full-size bed above the cab. There’s a full-size sink, a gas stove, a microwave, and a refrigerator in the kitchen. The bathroom and shower are separate for convenience. All tanks are pretty standard… 40-gallon fresh water, 35-gallon gray water & 30-gallon black water. It has a 6-gallon water heater and a 12-gallon LP gas tank to run your furnace, stove, and even your refrigerator if needed. The rooftop air conditioner cools the motorhome even on the hottest days… it can freeze you out if you want it to. If you want to go off grid, it has a generator that powers the rooftop a/c, all the inside outlets, the microwave, and the refrigerator. It even charges the auxiliary battery while running. This generator shares the RV engine’s fuel tank and has a safety feature of turning off at ¼ tank, so you don’t have to worry about getting stranded without fuel to drive.
