A Few Things to Note:

- There is a soft spot on the roof. This was an issue on the RV when we purchased back in 2020, due to a poor sealing job from previous ownership. We completely resealed the roof and have maintained this each year and the soft spot has not gotten worse or grown since we fixed the seal problem.

- There is a crack in the shower wall, covered with sealant tape

- TV on outside of RV does not work

- We removed two couches in seating area and put two desks and office chairs in for work space. Option to leave the desks in place or remove to leave an open space. We at one point did have one desk and one love seat couch in the space. These open spaces can fit a couch, a desk - plenty of options for customization.

This RV is being sold as is. While there are a few minor aesthetic things to be fixed, this is an incredibly reliable, good quality RV that has been maintained and taken good care of over the last 5 years. We lived and traveled full time in it for about 2.5 years and the rest of the time it has been safely stored and used part time. We are an open book and happy to answer any questions, send pictures, or do anything we can to help!
