This unit is very clean ,non smoker and no pets. It has new tires in front ,new awning .I do have the pink in my hand but for new owner it will most probably come as salvage title due to rodent damage( the damage was to ac unit and furnace which have been fixed already) Everything has been fixed and ready for new owner.
