This is a great trailer! We bought it to live in while house hunting and found our house after just 4 months. It is a great family rig which sleeps 8, with a king bed up front, queen bunks in the rear, and a pullout sofa. Some of the highlights: cooktop with oven, microwave, fire place, residential fridge, solar, outdoor kitchen, 2 awnings, large bathroom, recliners, TV, lots of storage inside and out, and central vacuum.
Details: 39 ft, grey water 88 gals, water heater 16 gals, black water 49 gals, fresh water 91 gals, and auto leveling jacks. Made for 4 seasons living, with electric tank heaters, and insulated underbelly. Prepped for a washer/dryer combo, generator, inverter, and master tv.
This is a great rig that we hate to part with and want to see it go to a good home.
