This is a 1 owner travel trailer in very good condition. The title is free and clear.

Regular maintenance done on the camper included lubrication/ conditioning of the slide mechanism after every use, greasing the axles, and resealing exterior seams. A full Black/ Gray tank cleaning has been done by Kleen Tank on 9/27/24 . In addition, the water heater anode rod has been replaced multiple times and the trailer has been professionally ceramic coated.

A few upgrades done to the camper include the installation of an agm battery, an oxygenics shower head, a new Brooklyn queen mattress, and a new dometic toilet (to replace a cheap thetford).

This has been a great home on wheels for the traveling that we enjoyed in the years that we have had it but we are coming to the point where we are using it less and less with the family becoming more busy. We are a family of four with one boy having just started college, and the other graduating soon and now turning his focus on getting a full-time job. To avoid letting the trailer just sit and collect dust, it makes more sense to just pass it on to someone else and maybe downsize when there's more time.
