Description

**UPDATE** This weekend we took the motorhome to Cannon Beach and all the systems worked great but we found another leak. Mama says, "let it go!", so we are reducing the price to $10,000 looking for some one who knows that there will need to be some work done to it that we are not willing to do. Please read below for more details about it and let me know if you have any questions. I believe that with some repairs, this MH has another 10 years of life left in it. We are going to leave it at this price for a few weeks and if no one is interested, it will be donated. So come give it a spin!
Our family has had this motorhome for about ten years. We've taken many trips up and down the west coast but our kids are grown so it's time to let it go. The Ford chassis and engine has just been bullet proof and we've replaced many of the coach's systems as they've failed over the years. The two slide outs in the front of the motorhome create a huge living space making it very convenient for a family. Please see the notes below and let us know if you'd like to take a look. Please no lowballs from this price point and be prepared to have a phone conversation before scheduling a viewing.
THE GOOD
Dometic propane/electric fridge has been replaced and works flawlessly. Generator was replaced with a brand new Onan 4000 Microquiet model that gets its fuel from the motorhome's 75 gal. fuel tank. Pull out sofa replaced. Microwave replaced. Replaced the TV with a 32" LG flatscreen. Furnace, water pump, stove are all original and working with no issues. Rolled on a rubberized roof coating in 2022. (I'm a painting contractor so this was all done by the book.) Leveling jacks work. Two new coach batteries installed in the last six months.
THE BAD
1. The motorhome has always been stored outdoors. As a result, we have dealt with leaks over the years but always addressed them as they occurred including having the front sheet of plywood replaced after detecting some rot. The new rubber coating on the roof was applied shortly after the repair. (See photo) As of this date, there are still a few soft spots in the roof but I believe the leaks have been addressed. 2. The fiberglass on the exterior is a little chalky and upon closer inspection, the vinyl flares on the sides of the MH are cracking and faded. There is some delamination of the fiberglass which has been there since we purchased it in 2015 but as not caused us any problems.
