The 2023 Casita 17 Spirit Deluxe in excellent condition. Single owner. Only used twice to travel from our home in Georgia to Montana (total 12 nights in 2 years). Never smoked in and only cooking was toaster oven (included). Recent medical issues (and being in our 80's) have necessitated our selling. Kept under roof so Caremark cover never used. Can easily be modified to 2 twin beds (extra cushions and foam cushions for the twin beds included) as well as used in configuration from factory. It is currently in Factory setup and is in showroom condition.

Additional items included: Caremark cover; Katie's closet; teak shower mat; double bed foam mattress; two twin size foam mattresses; custom made cushion for using double bed as a single bed (identical to other cushions).

The exterior is equally impressive, with durable construction that can withstand the rigors of travel. The trailer is easy to tow (we've towed it with a 2021 Ford Expedition).
