The main entrance has a keyless entry system that includes a keypad and two key fobs. There is a wireless Furrion backup camera installed as well as two side cameras. Two 30lb propane tanks included. There are two A/C units with separate thermostats, one located in the master bedroom, the other in the living room. There is a central vacuuming system with vacuum and hose included.The front living area features a cozy fireplace and large windows, creating a bright and inviting space to unwind after a long day of travel. The front living room was modified by the previous owners with a full wall to separate from the kitchen. There is a hideaway TV in the front living room, and built in DVD player/radio combo and plenty of storage. The front living room features two convertible sleeper sofas (only one pictured but both will be included) and two comfortable recliners.The well-equipped kitchen includes high-end appliances and plenty of storage. The kitchen area includes a full-size stainless refrigerator/freezer, large convection/microwave oven, large stovetop with 3 burners and a large propane oven. The kitchen island features two stainless sinks and stainless steel faucet with more storage space beneath. Dining table and 4 chairs not pictured but will be included. There is a half bath located here as well. There is a large second TV mounted on the wall to the right of the refrigerator. The rear master bedroom features two barn-style sliding doors for privacy, one from the main living area and the other for the full bathroom in the rear. The master bedroom can fit up to a king size mattress. There are plenty of cabinets and drawers in the master bedroom for storage. The bed also lifts up to provide more room for storage underneath. There is a third smaller TV here but the space can accomodate one up to 44". The large master bathroom features two sinks with lots of counter space and a large shower. The shower has two sliding glass doors that are not currently installed but will be included. There is also a washer/dryer combo in the bathroom closet.This 5th wheel is in overall good condition however there are a few areas that will need some extra care (pictures included to show damage). There is a large stain on the counter in the master bathroom. The bedroom has some of the trim peeling from the headboard and a small area on the wall. There are also various small nicks and scratches throughout. The fender skirt on the right side of trailer will need to be replaced as well as the spare tire. The vent fan in the master bathroom will also need to be replaced..
