This is a 2015 Thor Four Winds, 22E, 3500 Ford Chassis, V-10 engine, automatic with overdrive, 22,700 original miles, fresh oil change. Sleeps 5 comfortably. Rear master bed, overhead bed and the couch makes into a bed for a smaller person. New couch upholstery, all appliances function properly, small included tv is good, good heat and a/c, good hot water and water pump. Outdoor shower, new electric awning, rear luggage rack, new front tires, rears in good condition. No delaminating on exterior, Roof has no leaks and there are no water stains in the ceiling. Refrigerator works off of propane or electric and both systems work properly. The radio does not work and the 4000 watt Onan gas generator will not start, Ive done the obvious, changed the fuel filters and spark plug, still wont start. However I am including a new 5000 watt Predator extra quiet generator that I have been carrying on the included luggage rack.
