We are the second owners of this camping trailer and it is in excellent condition. The first owner we bought it from was a senior guy that completely babied it, stored it indoors, and only used it twice. So, it was already in excellent condition when we purchased it in July 2024. We have used it 4 times and put about 1,000 miles on it. The gray and black tanks are thoroughly flushed and deodorized after every use. All factory items work great and as they should and we have all the original manuals that came with the camper. The AC works great and the solar panel is an awesome bonus (comes standard from the factory on this unit). The fridge/freezer runs on solar so you can turn it on at home, load up the fridge/freezer, and off you go down the road. We have never dry camped, nor had the previous owner, but we did sanitize and flush the tank on August 12, 2024 (yes, I keep meticulous records) with a bleach solution per factory instructions. All the tires, including spare, are in great shape with plenty of tread and we always keep them inflated at proper levels. Extras include a Winegard satellite dish (added by previous owner, but never used) and carpet on the entry steps.

This is a sub-4,000 lb trailer which means you can tow it with an SUV or smaller truck (but check your towing capacity to make sure). We pull it with a 2009 Toyota 4Runner with a 4L V6 and it does just fine. We do have a ReCurve3 weight distribution and hitch system (not included in sale). This camper is immaculate, we are only selling because the layout with the bunk beds do not work for us and we would like something just a bit bigger. We are going to stick with the Surveyor Legend family, we love it, but bumping up to a larger model.

NOTE: The aftermarket queen memory foam mattress in the picture will NOT come with the camper. We will be keeping this mattress for our next camper. This will allow you to purchase a comfortable mattress that works best for you. The original mattresses for the two bunk beds ARE included though and are in perfect condition.
