The 2018 Jayco Greyhawk 30X is a stunning Class C motorhome designed for those who love to travel in style and luxury. With approx. 44,371 miles on the odometer, this well maintained RV is ready to hit the open road and embark on your next adventure. The engine is a Ford E450, gasoline powered, and this R.V. has brand new tires. The 30X has 2 air conditioner units, one in the main cabin, one in the bedroom. Heating comes from the generator, or, like us, we use small electrical heaters to keep the cabin and bedroom warm. We are the second owners. First owners kept the R.V. in an inside controlled environment when not in use. We keep this R.V. in a shaded area, with either the air conditioner going (during warm times) or heaters in the main cabin and back bedroom (when cold). We also use a dehumidifier to keep the cabin free from mold and mildew.

The 30x has one slide out, running the entire length of the R.V. Inside, you'll find a spacious living area that includes dining area with drop down table (sleeps 2 when dropped down), Lazy Boy dual manual recliner couch (when reclined, possible 2 additional sleeping spaces), one electronically adjusting t.v. with DVD player in the overhead cabin area, one t.v. back in the bedroom with antenna connection. Overhead storage in cab area can be used as a small bed area (twin size mattress), or used to store items. Comes with latching ladder to gain access into over cab area. Large well laid out configuration kitchen that includes 6 cf refrigerator/freezer, storage pantry, microwave oven, multi-use oven (we still have the original gas oven if you prefer to use that instead), many drawers for storage and a pull out cutting board for additional prep area.

The bathroom layout is wonderful. Toilet and shower on one side, sink with medicine cabinet and drawers in hallway.

The rear bedroom comes with a newer (2 yrs old) mattress, two wardrobe closets, 3 pull out drawers, t.v., one side has nightstand with electrical outlet, overhead storage compartments and the bed is liftable to use the additional storage area underneath. Pictures show the addition of window coverings that are easily removed exposing the original window coverings that came with the R.V. Also, each window has either a shade screen/privacy screen dual window shade or single privacy window shade (bedroom emergency window and entry way door only has one privacy shade per the manufacturer).

Outside, the Jayco Greyhawk boasts a sleek exterior design with a durable construction that's built to last. The 30X trim level includes many lockable storage compartments with the addition of metal clips to keep the doors up and out of the way, generator, water command center with outdoor shower wand. What a great R.V. to explore the country in.
