Having a separate shower and bathroom in an RV this compact is a dream. There is plenty of storage space inside as well as down below, enough for a multi-month trip, as we can attest. Thoughtful upgrades such as the new (2024) remote-controlled MaxxAir fan in the bathroom make this little coach a pleasure to spend time in, and you can enjoy the great MPG every time you stop for diesel.The Unity 24IB is perfect for two but does have seat belts for 4. It can easily sleep a third person already on the single pull-out bed in the middle, and a fourth sleeper is possible if you add the air mattress that goes up front. The galley is remarkably versatile with abundant storage above and in the clever slide-out pantry, and the huge overhead sunroof gives you as much fresh air and sunshine as youd like. The propane generator has 87 hours on it. Two TVs are wired together with the central DVD/CD/stereo/Bluetooth system and another switch box to connect your own inputs if needed. All the extensive manuals and reference materials are provided, along with some very useful accessories we are willing to include with the sale. This RV is an absolute gem so easy to drive, so easy to live in.
