This RV was originally sold by Tom Johnson Camping Center in Concord, NC. We purchased it from the original owners in 2019 with 10,600 miles. They used it for a trip to Yellowstone and a few beach trips and that was it.

Our family has enjoyed this RV and it has allowed us to see and visit many National Parks and destinations in almost all 48 contiguous states. The RV currently has 48,873 miles on it. Everything in the RV works as it should. It drives very well. We've done regular maintenance as well as minor repairs over the years. The roof top AC unit was replaced 3 years ago. The two deep cycle house batteries were also recently replaced. We installed a new couch last year. There is plenty of tread left on the tires, which we also replaced a few years ago. The generator has 951 hours and was recently serviced. It starts right up. It does have some minor scratches (mostly from fishing poles leaning against it), but the RV is mechanically sound and ready to go anywhere.

We're selling it because our two oldest children are off to college and our younger three have started high school, so we're unable to use it as much as we'd like and as much as we used to. It is clean and has not been smoked in, but we did travel with our dogs.
