The 2005 Beaver Santiam 40 is a beautiful, well-made Class A motorhome. It has been well-maintained, kept in covered storage, does not require DEF, and is ready to hit the road. The Beaver brand is known for its high-quality solid wood cabinetry and comes with a Freightliner chassis, a 350 HP Caterpillar diesel engine, and an Allison Transmission. I have upgraded the refrigerator to a residential GE, replaced the air conditioners, water heater, newer tires, and Apple CarPlay stereo plus Slide out trays for the storage compartment, The bedroom has a queen size memory foam mattress and ample storage for clothing and personal items. The bathroom is clean and functional, with a shower, 2 separate sinks, and an electric toilet. This motorhome is great to live in, do remote work, and has plenty of space for the family. My birthday was February 4th, and I gifted myself a newer RV. Have owned this one since 2016. It is in excellent condition. I am the proud owner of 2 RV's, and I am motivated to sell this one.
