New roof Dec 2024. New subfloor and vinyl in forward compartment. 5 year warranty (RV GUARD). Separate washer and dryer (not combo). 2 electric awnings with removable shade curtains. 2 inch receiver on the back for your bike rack or whatever. NOT FOR TOWING!!!
