I have owned for about 4 years. I have replaced the following items from recent to the past 3 years:

House Water Pump

Rear slide Module

Installed new residential fridge and freezer

All airbags replaced OEM from Spartan

New Power Management system

New house and Chassis Battery

2 new AC's

Had the roof relaped and sealed.

Replaced any and all plastic on the roof. Lights, Vents, sky lights. Anything that could be old and dry rotted and could crack easily.

New Tires all the way around.

New step ladder motornew slide covers.

Replaced all interior lights with LEDInstalled flat screen TV's with Sonos sound bars

Installed side, front, and rear camera system

Changed hot water heater element

Changed all the filters on the chassis

Full service on generator from a Cummins repair shop. Changed everything that could fail. Belts, hoses, filters, oils, etcSpare tire in the belly along with many OEM parts that could fail while on the road.
