There has been no water or matter of any kind through pipes, sink, toilet, shower, etc. The generator has not been used. A/C has been used once. TV and all other amenities work properly. Comes with kitchen, shower, small closet, storage drawers, couch/queen size bed and detachable table. Passenger seat reverses. Has had pets but couch has been covered with quilt for entire time.
