Only 46,000 original miles. Newly remodeled interior: large single basin sink in kitchen with new faucet, new countertops, new bathroom sink, faucet and mirror, new wallpaper and tile throughout, newly upholstered cushions, new table, new wood flooring, new lighting...spent $$$ fixing it up during Covid. Layout has 2 nice size sleeping beds plus the overhead. Kitchen is in the rear of the cabin which is the most in demand layout. Nice size bathroom too.New awning, new stabilizers and shocks, new fans, a/c cover, batteries...the list continues. Nice exterior also. We have spent over $15K upgrading it. We have over $30K into it but will sacrifice at $19,000 to the first buyer. My father bought me a. new RV so we don't have room for 2!
