-only minor damage disclaimer is the previous owner didn't bring the awning in and a gust of wind pulled part of it out of its roller attach point. We didn't let it bother us as some high strength awning tape was installed and nothing prohibits its full function. I've added a photo of the awning with the clear RV awning tape visible. It's truly been a great family trailer! Lots of memories, we outgrew it and hate to see it go! Willing to deliver / meet with in 250 miles of Homestead following cash payment.
