Very lightly used (less than 80 nights) and in nearly new shape. Bunkhouse sofa was replaced with bed (no longer have the sofa). Has dual recliners so only sleeps 6.  Large double-door fridge inside plus additional fridge in outdoor kitchen. convection microwave. 6 gal HWH, 54 gal fresh, 43 gal black and 86 gal grey capacities.  Roof meticulously maintained and cleaned regularly by hand. Electric leveling jacks and additional pair of manual leveling jacks installed by original owner for stability whwn parked. Second AC unit over queen bed. Has the hookups for combo washed/dryer (never used).
Going with the trailer: two new spare tires, extra full 30# LP tank (3 total). plenty of other Inside and outside accessories as well as 12k weight distribution hitch. All electrical and lines are good.  Brand new dual 6V batteries. No pets and never smoked in.
Issues: one bit of damage to linoleum and the water line used for pressure cleaning the black tank needs replaced but this doesn't affect the plumbing in any other way (only ever used it one time which is why i forgot to witerize that line).  willing to move on price but I also believe the listed price is quite reasonable with a few thousand in extras going with it.
