For sale is a 2016 Jayco Redhawk 23 XM motor home in an excellent condition: this RV (as seen in the pictures) has been very well taken care of, has never been lived in and barely stayed in, it’s been only used for traveling.

Everything works perfectly, some of the appliances like the stove and microwave/convection oven are still factory new, never used, it has many upgrades like a touchscreen multimedia system with navigation, LED lighting, stainless steel fixtures, WeatherTech® mats, Roadmaster® Spare Tire Hitch Mount, etc. Both batteries (start and house) are new, the generator has only 29 hrs (most of them from scheduled maintenance) and tires are still like new (very few miles on them since installed)

The reason I’m selling is because due to city regulations, I can no longer have it parked on my property
