2018 Open range 371MBH, clean title, title in hand, 42 ft fifth wheel. It’s got some wear and tear but it’s a solid trailer. Would be great for an ADU. Custom gooseneck attachment and also comes with fifth wheel hitch. No leaks, everything works except Onan 5500Generator, it’s not hooked up so that’s not working I’m not sure if it will work when it’s hooked up or not. Auto leveling system, new batteries (2), washer and dryer hookups, keypad entry, remote entry, 2 bedrooms plus loft. Could use new floor covering and some interior paint.
