**This Brinkley Model G3500 was ordered from the factory with 8k lb axles w/disc brakes, factory installed slide toppers, queen mattress with night stands as well as a Gen Y Goose Neck hitch. Factory service was completed on the RV in August at the Goshen IN plant and has been stationary since it's return from the 2nd Annual Brinkley Owners Rally in November. Custom made furniture and freezer can remain in the garage at the purchasers request as well as the Splendid Washer/Dryer combo set.

All recalls and warranty items have been fixed and the unit functions like a new unit, without any of the little issues that come with a new one. The 4th seat of the couch, Happy Jack couches, and glass shower doors will come with the RV to restore it to factory condition if needed.

The RV is being sold with 44 months of extended warranty remaining to include paint and tire protection with a $200 deductible. If the new owner does not wish to transfer the extended warranties, the final sales price will be reduced based off the remaining value of the warranties.
