This coach has been pampered and is clean and in excellent condition, stored in a climate controlled building, no smoke, and no pets.  After my research, I decided to purchase this coach because of the following amenities:

*Coach House quality and its one piece fiberglass body

*Service availability for Ford chassis when traveling

*Automatic hydraulic leveling jacks made set up a snap

*It is small enough to explore downtown areas and I was never afraid of getting off the Interstate to find advertised local treasures. But with GVWR and GCWR weight restrictions, I could tow up to 3500 lbs.

*Walk in shower!

*Enough holding tank capacity that necessity for full hookups at campsites was minimized saving time and money.

*Winegard WIFI booster worked great to boost campsite signal or it could be used as a hot spot (with SIM card) for stationary or in-motion WIFI signal and streaming TV. I only purchased data for the period of time it was in use.

*With the Ford 7.3 liter V8 engine I had plenty of power going through the mountains in Yellowstone and Northern Montana.

During my travels I was frequently approached by fellow camping enthusiasts who would compliment the styling of the coach and ask questions. I am selling due to deteriorating vision.
