Please make sure to READ EVERYTHING. Our RV is currently in Mexico. We drove it down here to live in for a bit but we bought a home so now we are selling it. We used it for many years and loved it. We will drive it back to the US in Texas, AZ or California to sell it. We've owned RV's for 15 years and know them inside and out, as such we will brutally honest about all aspects of the RV because this will be sight unseen purchase due to the driving distance, unless you want to come to Meixco to see it. NO RV is perfect, all RV's have flaws or issues and if anyone tells you different, they are lying to sell an RV. So, we will take videos for you and show you everything possibly inside and out so you feel comfortable. We also know this RV inside and out as we did all the work, so when buying this RV, it comes with the guarantee that you will have support on any questions for up to a year as well as full instructions written out on everything. We are NOT interested in bad karma and trying to "pull a fast one" on anyone. At this price, it's a steal. Here are the details.This RV itself is honestly amazing. It's a 2006 Holiday Rambler Ambassador, PDQ with 4 slides. Diesel in rear. We have done everything to this RV to ensure it drives the best it can, has the best interior features, best interior power, you name it. If you want to drive it or park it, either way. We have done many things to the suspension, new shocks, all new tires, new stabilizers and full watts link installed (big deal). All new brakes. Inside has full fridge with freezer. The fridge has had the entire cooling system replaced with a custom built system from an Amish company in Ohio BECAUSE anyone who has had an RV fridge will tell you the issues trying to keep it cool during the summer or power issues. We lived in Arizona and after this install, no issues at all, the fridge and freezer stay very cold easily. Also installed auto fans on the fridge vent side to keep all hot air off the compressors. No issues with staying cold or pulling tons of power, can easily run off the batteries.Full shower, hot water tank, drinking water purifier, full kitchen, 3 burner gas stove, washer/dryer. It has two NEW Furion AC units. Central gas furnance throught the entire RV. All lighting inside RV is LED (as well as upgraded headlights) and RV has four HUGE large new batteries installed to run entire RV for a week or so if not plugged in. Also installed New Hybrid electrical inverter and new transfer switch. Has large bedroom with queen size bed, tons of storage. Separate bathroom. Custom redone living area with area for TV stand and custom desk. Custom made blockout heat shades. ALL windows have heat blocking tinting on them. Entire inside has been repainted.Outside one large and several small awnings over RV. Include is full sun shade for entire top of RV which keeps the RV 15-20 degrees cooler than outside for the AC's to run better. Roof has been repainted and sealed. Comes with King Air wifi antenna installed. Also comes with a ton of backup items and accessories. Top of RV has extra roof rack space with storage bag. Here are the items to pay attention to. The generator is great but we think either the stator is bad or the generator computer board, so we haven't been running it. It's not a hard fix, we just haven't had the time. If someone can install the stator rebuild kit or maybe it's the control board, then you have an Onan 8000 QD amazing generator. The rear radiator has a small leak that we just haven't fixed yet. We just fill up the tank when we drive and keep a couple bottles on hand. It is not hard to fix but you have to remove the radiator and we just didn't want to do that yet. Engine runs very strong, all filters replaced and oil done regularly. Also brand new driveshaft also just put in due to previous vibration. The outside behind the front right tire, there is an area of body panel that is damaged due to an inconvenient concrete pole when turning. Doesn't affect anything, just cosmetic, happy to send pictures. Upgraded stereo inside. Leveling system works great as do the electronics. Every now and then there are a few gremlins but that it to be expected with an RV. We have kept things sealed and oiled. TONS of storage underneath with custom aftermarket slides to make it easier to get things in and out on both sides. We have ALL the original documents for the RV and every component PLUS all organized manuals and instructions by category in binder for you. Again, this is a steal at this price, we just don't need it and figured someone can use it and have a great place to live in. To mention again, we are not in this to pull anything over on someone, we are and will be honest about everything and we will make sure to show and detail everything so you aren't left wondering what to do.
