Basically never used. The first owner, who purchased it new and sold it back within a year to Parkway RV where we bought it, tried out the kitchen apparently. Parkway sold it as new to us and said the first owner never took it on a trip. Comes with Pro Pride sway hitch that needs installed (new in boxes), We purchased this in 2021 in Spokane Washington, drove it to Corvallis, Oregon and parked it in covered storage, where it has been ever since, until we brought it home a week ago to give it a cleaning. We bought it to work on a remote home building project in Idaho that fell through. I am closing my remodeling business this Spring to move to Eastern Europe to take care of my wife's 85 year old mother. We are selling all of our stuff and plan to semi-retire over there somewhere.
