We bought this brand new in January 2020 (pre-covid) and it has been stored indoors at our private residence when not in use. It is one of the only Raptor models with a FULL dinette set - perfect for playing cards at night or rainy days.

It has a 13 foot garage which WILL FIT a full size Ranger Crew 1000 Northstar with the four season doors removed. HUGE fresh water tank and water heater which allows you to "boondock" for long weekends with no issues.

Fully loaded with king bed upgrade, 50 amp service, four season doors, rear ramp enclosure w/ ladder, Onan generator (ran and serviced every year), triple AC units, In-Command system (control everything from your phone), dual awnings, fireplace, separate fuel station with pump & nozzle, hydraulic auto level jack system, outdoor speakers, jack underglow (blue) lighting, heated/massage living room recliners, 3 televisions, washer/dryer hookup, 1 & 1/2 baths, etc.

ALSO INCLUDED: Andersen Ultimate 5th wheel hitch, coupler and magnetic red jack buckets. Just show up with a 1 ton truck and a gooseneck hitch and you can leave with this toy hauler.
