Everything works. Bought it because of the layout and loved it, enjoyed every vacation in it. Interior is in excellent condition. Exterior has some weathering but otherwise is great structurally. Huge awning and well insulated. Comes with everything you need to camp now, water/sewage hoses, 30amp Pwr Cable, manuals, mattress still in plastic, comforter. Extras included: ball hitch, hitch lock, anti-sway system, 4x tire chocks, leveling blocks, pwr surge protector, remote door lock, tank deodorizer. April 2024 bought 4x new tires
