Condition:

This camper is in excellent condition and well maintained. Non-smoker and no pets. Camper cover used all season except this one so far to allow easy viewing. Currently winterized. Only two issues are that the slide topper needs to be replaced and one tank vent cap on the roof was lost during our last trip this year and needs to be replaced as well (have part, not installed yet).
