The rear ramp is able to be placed as a patio and there is a screen door to roll down if you want to enjoy the outdoors from inside the trailer. The couches all turn into beds to provide additional sleeping locations aside from the master King size bed. This unit has been well maintained and cleaned over the years, the roof was inspected and sealed in late 2023 and the tires are practically brand new.
