1-owner purchased 6/2022. Have used about 36 times over past 3 summers. The unit has a little over 10,000 miles on the odometer. Great camper van whether you are a weekend camper, or want to take it on the road for extended trips. The camper is 21 feet long. The unit is powered by the RAM Promaster 3500 engine, and includes all the safety features you could ever want including the rearview mirror being your rear camera. Takes regular gas, has a 24 gallon tank, and gets up to 17 MPG on the highway. There is a 2 in hitch receiver in the back, you can tow up to 3500 lbs. It is equiped with the wiring harness for towing. I replaced the bike rack shown in the pictures with a full size spare, just so you have a spare in the event of a flat. I do have the bike rack still that you can put back on if you want in place of the spare, or can use the hitch receiver for a bike rack and keep the spare on as well. Equipped with solar panels with inside monitor, also comes with an Onan Cummins gas generator that in case you are not hooked up to shore power. The generator get the gas from your gas tank and the generator automatically shuts off when your gas tank gets to 1/4 so you do not run out of gas. All maintenance is up to date, which I can provide the records. With the unit free of charge comes a comprehensive warranty that goes through 6/10/27. It covers both the chassis (engine) and the house (camper related). Also includes free indoor heater storage in the DeKalb IL area through 10/31/24.
