We are the third owners of this 2016 Forest River 284BF. The first two owners barely used it and we parked it on our home site under construction for 2 years. Everything works including the powered awning, electric/propane hot water, air conditioning, water pump, city water connection, TV, microwave, and refrigerator. Includes a weight distribution hitch if needed, leveling jacks, all waste and power hook ups, water pressure reducer and filters. Hitch jack is new and includes two full propane tanks. Bunk House option sleeps 8+ (bunk house 4, master 2, couch conversion 1+, dinette conversion 1+).  Tires are in excellent condition. It is ready to travel.
