Good condition. No leaks. No water damage. Slides & awnings work. Well taken care of. Lots of storage space. Our kids just outgrew it. We loved the different layout with the big couch.
It still has plenty of life in it for the next family vacation you have planned! Very spacious! No issues at all. Would also be perfect for working out of town.
