Interior:

All appliances are in good working order. The refrigerator runs off electric or propane. It has an RV queen bed with generous storage underneath. The TV swivels so you can either watch it in the front area or the bedroom. There's a Fantastic Fan over the bed with a thermostat and a reverse option. The fan has a Maxx Air vent cover that lets you open the vent while traveling, while in storage, etc. and no rain gets in. There is also one over the bathroom fan. There are new Lazy Boy recliners with a center console for storage. It also has a large drawer that houses the two mini tables for the recliners. There are two bunks that are great for storage or for sleeping. The bathroom has good storage under the sink vanity, as well as in the cabinet above the sink. The pantry has plenty of storage for food, pots/pans, etc. and will still fit coats, clothing, shoes, etc.

Exterior:

The roof is in great condition and was recently recoated. It has a 10-year warranty, the AC unit and tongue jack were replaced last year, the entry has a keyless entry lock, it has a 19' electric awning and the TV antenna is a King Omni directional antenna. The Good Year Endurance tires are in good condition.
