Looks and runs well. Brand new tires. Generator has 478 hours on it and runs great. A 150 psi compressor and tire pressure monitoring system comes with it. Both slide ouds are working perfectly. All leveling jacks work as well. All plumbing works. Surround sound system with two bass speakers, VCR, DVD, CD, and TAPE player. 3 TV's. Outside Shower and Entertainment System. Includes 1 Extra New plug-in LG portable AC unite with remote control. It also includes an unused EU2200 Honda generator, which is converted to propane, so it can run on gasoline or propane right off of the RV's propane tank or its separate twin camping propane Camping bottle kit. Or regular propane tank. It also comes with a used propane grill and a new propane cook top for outside use. I bought this RV but underestimated the size of it and have difficulties driving it at my age. I am living on social security, thinking this would be a nice way to retire. Unfortunately, it is not for me, and I need to resell it ASAP, as I am paying for having it stored at the time. I hold the clear title, and the RV it is fully drivable with 3/4 of a tank of gas and 1/3 propane in the tank. I need to recover all I had invested when I bought it and had put in some money for, replacement part and such.
