Unit is available at end of January. I want it to have maintenance done and be ready for next owner, with holidays the timing just pushes it to 3 or so week of January.

The wall covering (which is common) has started to peel this past 2 months. I took off 2K for this issue because I don't want to deal with fixing it. If you have a heat gun and is handy then you can probably fix it. New fridge was installed last year. Currently going into the shop for oil change, generator service, water heater replacement. This unit also comes with a Cornerstone Ultimate warranty until mid April 2025 so the next few months you own it then you would be covered. Likely no issues but it is an added peace of mind.
