Unit is now ready to be sold. At the shop, the water heater and step motor replaced. The roof had new sealant done, windows had new sealant done. A full walk through for maintenance was done. Wall paper was fixed to best of shop ability. Have invoices to show.

I also do have someone to help add on a warranty without going to dealership to get evaluated for new warranty. This would be a Cornerstone warranty from a dealership that you would pay to them. This is optional, as a benefit to buyer. You can decide to not get another warranty. 

December 19 – truck oil changed, generator oil changed, new truck batteries, new house batteries

Some questions asked so far, with answers:

-It does not have a washer dry hookup

-I have towed 9800 lbs with it, without any issues or feeling like it was dragging at all. Loved how it towed.

-There has been no transmission problems.

-I am the original owner, got it from General RV, which is a large nationwide dealer, April of 2020

-My small Boston terrier has been in it one time only, no smokers in my family

-I replaced the fridge already.

-I do have a lien, you would wire money straight to bank and they will send you a title. Once I know the wire is received at bank, I will give you the keys and they will mail you the title. The bill of sale we would do between us will protect from any issues of non payment or protect the buyer from any "funny business". When you wire the money it will have your address in it so they will send directly to you. 

-I will include all camping stuff that I have in the storage compartments.

-I am selling it because I have special needs kids that now require LOTS of co pays, so I am not selling because I didn't like it or have problems that I am selling it for.

-If you want any pictures or videos of anything, and you are a serious buyer, I do not mind getting those done for you.

-I have it priced at this lower price point because I want it sold ASAP to keep up with co pays. This is not a trick or anything weird happening
