This is an amazing 39-foot fifth-wheel RV that has been completely stationary (as my primary residence) for the last year. It's really nice inside.basically like living in a small apartment. You forget you're in an RV! It has a really nice outdoor entertainment center/kitchen, too. It's got an auto stabilization system for the legs that is pretty amazing and the slide outs give you so much room throughout. Im accepting offers starting at $39K but am open to discuss.
You will need to bring a truck big enough to tow it if youre taking it. I will throw in a fifth wheel hitch for free! Other than an awning cover that needs to be replaced, it's in great shape and has no damage.
I also removed and discarded the fold-out couch in the small guest room and converted it into an office (great for remote work!) Otherwise, the RV has all factory components (and upgraded padlock) and I added a Tushy bidet to the toilet as well.
Also! If you want a place to live in Gatesville but cant find a house or apartment to rent, I spoke with the owners of Texas Station, and whoever buys the RV could opt to stay in my spot and rent it as-is (after discussion with the owners first, of course). As you can see, its a sweet spot just outside the park grounds under a nice shady oak, with 50-amp power, water and sewer connections. It's been great while I've been here and Texas Station is a great park!
