We are the original owners. A very easy towing trailer at 24ft length (tongue to back bumper). Extends to 30ft at campsite with rear slide-out king bed. Dry trailer weight 4400 lbs, dry tongue weight 495lbs. Usage average of only 2 times/year camping at TX State parks. Longest trip was Austin-Houston. Inside almost mint condition. Versatile layout ideal for family, sleeps 6 to 8 (king bed with memory foam topper, 2 Bunks, Couch & dinette both convert to beds). Has full bath, Galley with 3-burner Stove & Oven, Microwave, 6 CF Fridge/Freezer, RCA Flat Screen TV, Large Pantry. In August we had the following work/upgrades performed by Crestview RV where we originally purchased the trailer 1) Complete Roof Resealing 2) Wheel bearings/suspension lubrication & Brakes check 3) Various other multi-point checks 3) New Hot Water Heater 4) Tongue Jack upgrade from manual crank to new Lippert Electric 5) New Propane Tanks cover. 6) Awning needed replacement, but we opted to have it removed. Existing mounting holes are sealed, but can be accessed if a new awning is desired. Also replaced the following since August: Set of 5 new tires with less than 100 miles on them, New Deep Cycle Marine Battery, New Digital Thermostat, New Smoke Detector. We are also including the following accessories: Weight distribution hitch with Anti-sway Bar, Portable towable Grey/Black water tank, Outdoor Grill that mountable on the side of trailer, Drinking water hose, Sewer hose (stored in bumper). We are selling because our grandkids are no longer small & don’t need the bunks.
