19' Travel trailer in good condition but needs a new refrigerator. All else is in good working order: Electric heat and cool, stove top and oven, TV, radio, awning. No rips or tears in upholstery. No water leaks. Tires are excellent. Never took it anywhere since we had it a year and a half. Was up on blocks. Used for my mother until she had a stroke. Updated water heater to instant. Updated toilet to be higher than original. Never used the mattress. Had it covered in plastic in the garage the entire time. She liked sleeping in her recliner that we were able to fit in the area where the mattress went. *Bonus! - Will throw in trailer dolly worth over $700 if paying close to asking. This was a life saver. Used only once to get the trailer into a tight corner. It was amazing. Due to age... the vinyl seal between the walls and counters and floors is wearing and cracking. May replace before sale if i have time. All lights are in tact and functioning. Comes with 2 propane tanks and new 20' Sewage hose.
